"This was my second stay at this property and it was another great one. The family rooms are spacious and have most things you need. We opted for the oil access in the Aqua wing and it was a great experience. Breakfast is amazing, wonderful food and choices galore. Loved the fish feeding experience daily for the kids We had lunch at the the Manta Ray and Coconut/Talat and it was lovely. Great portions. We also ate dinner at the Floating Market for a special fire show evening which was lovely ....

"I absolutely loved it, thank you for your hospitality. My granddaughter's spent a lot of time in a kid's club that was very helpful for us. Kid's activities were amazing, including movie nights. We didn't have an all including packet, but we enjoyed the happy hours that were from 12pm to 10 pm . It will be great if you have a dress code for breakfast because ladies came to a restaurant straight from the gym. They were wearing a sport bra and a sport shorts. Actually, it wasn't nice, ...

"Overall great experience we had here with my husband and my 10 months old baby boy for 5 days during Xmas time. Pro: We really enjoyed the secluded area of Khao Lak, it was peaceful and quiet. Staff is super friendly and always smiling. The staff man who is taking care of the luggage service is a gem! This resort is definitely kids and family oriented. "Stayed over Christmas & found the resort perfect for us (2 adults & 2 older kids) - really impressed with the layout & space of the modern two bedroom accommodation! Beautiful grounds & setting overlooking the beach with lots of restaurants located within walking distance."

"Beautiful property and the room upgrade was to a suite which was amazing for us as a family of 3. Very quiet location, close by to coconut beach, 15 min drive, this is a must visit beach during a stay here. Great couple of massage places just outside of the hotel on the beach, and a cute little restaurant. "

"When we came the reception area looked empty and deserted and not welcoming. The receptionist didnt have the task under control and the information given was insufficient. Rooms are big as the area. A lot of activities that would have been good to use more but also places where you can stay undisturbed. Access to pools and beach is not the best. Signs could be better."

"The resort has a really nice blend of garden and ocean themes with a twist of Thai culture in modern setting. Really good breakfast, spa, facilities, beach and drinks. The restaurants on site are beautiful, and you have the option to visit other restaurants by its private beach."

"Upouusi resortti kaunilla rannalla. Tilava huone kaikilla varusteilla. Minipaari tyhjä. Ympäristössä vähän palveluita, ei edes minimarkettia. Hotellista kuljetuksia Khao Lakin keskustaan, osa ilmaisia. Osa hisseistä rikki kaikki 3 päivää, kun olin siellä. Pääaltaan vesi sameaa, ylimääräiset suodattimet pumppasivat öisin. "Great location from the beach, and numerous pools, approx. 10 min walk to the high street with shops and many restaurants, great family rooms and nice selection for breakfast buffet. Had lunch a few times and kids eat free when there are paying adults, a nice touch. "
