"Customer service especially in the food are. (Breakfast morning). Cleanliness although there are days that there was no service room attendant. I didn’t like there’s one day, I had been waiting in customer service but they are not paying attention to the Guest. Until one down attendant noticed me and assisted me to the other side of the service desk (concierge) to help me out. But overall, it’s still a great Hotel where I can see myself to stay in the near future."

Good aircon, kitchenette, excellent aromatherapy massages in a spa that is open late, good breakfast, and a very large bottle of drinking water is provided, which is particularly helpful."

"Alwsys good everytime we stayed at malayan for staycation. But i was bamout my daughter not included nomore for free breakfast because shes a little taller but its all good we have fun."

Hotel is old but it was well kept so some structures can be a bit outdated but cleanliness is really all that matters to me and their cleanliness is five star. "Clean rooms. Staff is friendly and provided support when needed. Provided extra towels and amenities when requested. They also had shuttle service to nearby malls which was convenient. There's a Lawson and 7-11 nearby. Our housekeeper Fred was excellent as well. Great stay overall! Thank you!"
