Clean rooms. Staff is friendly and provided support when needed. Provided extra towels and amenities when requested. They also had shuttle service to nearby malls which was convenient. There's a Lawson and 7-11 nearby. Our housekeeper Fred was excellent as well. Great stay overall! Thank you!

Once and never again. Absolute impudence!
It started already when I made the booking. I asked for an airport shuttle. I had to follow up three times, before I received an answer and a link to pay. A catastrophic stay. Hair from the previous occupant in the bathroom. The toilet paper was hanging almost to the floor, i.e. the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned at all. Old, run-down room with stained carpet. View of the house wall about 3m. And last but not least, we were charged 300.00 PHP as a fine for an alleged blood stain of about 5mm. Unbelievable but true. The best of all was the coffee in the room!
