"This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a part of town that was easy to get around but not too busy. The Receptionist was lovely and friendly,helping us with some suggestions to eat. We were in the family room 4- just beside Reception but not noisy. The Hotel isn’t 5star high end luxury,nonetheless it was comfortable,clean,lots hot water if needed,and overall a good choice for those like us perhaps unable to pay 5star high end prices! "

"I stayed in the apartment. It is closer to the cathedral than the hotel and is really in the centre of where tourists want to be. Behind a beautiful wooden door is a beautiful marble hallway that leads to the apartments. Therefore it is off of the pedestrian street and is very quiet. The place was very clean and tidy with good amenities - full kitchen, internet, tv and small patio. The heating worked well. I found the lack of natural daylight rather odd (light is from internal light wells) but...

"The way it was advertised led me to believe it was an hotel rather than a hostel, but it was ok mainly du to the staff and area which were excellent. Very well situated for all your needs and a short walking distance from the train station. The buffet breakfast was very basic and the milk for cereals was warm."

"Charming and spacious affordable room, not too far from main attractions. Lady at the reception was very kind and helped us with our train reservation. Points to be taken into consideration: there is no elevator, and onsite reception is available only from 11.00 to 15.00. "

"Excellent host. Good communication and fantastic location. The only small downside is there seem to be some plumbing issues, which is unavoidable with historical buildings located in old towns. The restaurant on ground floor seems fantastic but unfortunately booked out during our stay."

"Hostel was in a great location - everything I needed was in walking distance between the train station, restaurants, and sights. Bed was comfortable and rooftop patio was great, good wifi. The only downside is because it's in the center of town, the building was extremely loud. Nothing the the hosts can really do but people coming and going at all hours of the night and you can hear every conversation or step."

"Check in was tough. Needed to have neighboring businesses call to get access (we didn’t have cell service). Listed office hours were not attended. We never saw an “office”. When we did find staff, he was friendly but ultimately didn’t help much. Beds not particularly comfortable. TV was missing from wall mount. "

"It was very cheap and convenient for the bus station and centre. Small, basic and dated but clean, friendly and a great location for the price. I would not stay again because it was so noisy. Rowdy clubbers and traffic was bad outside but it was NYE, the bigger problem was squeaky doors opening then slamming, loud footsteps above and on stairs, noisy pipes and taps. I didn’t sleep at all."

Beautiful hotel 40 minutes from city center

"We had a great stay at the Hilton. The hotel was very clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the pool area was well-maintained. A big plus is the bus stop just a 3-minute walk away, with buses running every 10 minutes straight to the city center—very convenient. The only area that could use improvement is breakfast. There was limited variety in the hot food options, which became repetitive after a couple of days. Simple things like salted butter, jam, or honey weren’t available, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, breakfast was okay but didn’t feel like great value for the price."

"The large balcony was amazing! We were able to sit outside and watch some of the Easter processions from our balcony. Bed was comfortable, room was nice. Shower was to die for - could have stayed in there for hours. Very close to transit to get to where you need to go. Onsite parking was a great feature."
