"The apartment was good and clean. All about the accommodation was fine, what I didn’t like is the checkin process and seeing another customer in the same situation than me, told me that it was not just my fault. "The worst experience we've ever had at a vrbo. I had asked to check in at 12:30 but at 11, a guy texted me telling me would only wait until noon then he would leave and come back at 3 to let us in. When we arrived, there was no central A/C, and the fan above in the living room didn't work. The guy who opened the door and went over the place, told us to call management so they could fix the fan and the portable AC unit in the back. There was one room-wall unit that plugs in one room and the other...
