"This 2 bedroom unit is quite nice for two couples as the bedrooms are on either side of the unit. We had some initial issues with the plumbing/hot water and lighting, but the property manager was very responsive and they were corrected promptly. Easy check-in and check-out. Parking can be a bit of an issue for two cars as most spaces are assigned. Overall, I good place to stay if needing something in proximity to Texas Medical Center and MDAnderson."

"The unit is as good overall, and the biggest disappointment was the shower. Fix the floor. It created an unsanitary mental state since the water doesn’t drain completely. The place had character, kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities which was nice to be able to cook. "

"This little apartment is on the ground floor and was easy for my grandparents to access. It is not super fancy, but it does have your basic amenities for a comfortable stay, including a large soaker bath! My son enjoyed the bath the most. It is actually right next store to a huge Wal-Mart if you forgot, or need anything. My only suggestion would have been a coffee pot for the grandparents. "The listing was very accurate and the apartment was very nice. Onsite employees were friendly and helpful. I was concerned with parking availability before the trip but used the $10 valet and had no problems. The only draw back was the amount of homeless people in the surrounding area and didn't really work around the area much. We really enjoyed the overall experience and would definately book this apartment again."

"The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. "The owner has done a great job setting this unit up, but the building is really rough. Serious maintenance issues around: the floor in the hallway is peeling up, one of the fire exits is zip-tied shut (?!?!), and worst of all, an empty unit had a smoke alarm chirping the whole time I was there. The unit owner was unable to get the property management company to resolve that during my four days there."

This trip I had a flat tire that was punctured by a nail, the concierge took care of it and it was fixed during my one night stay. I arrived after 5 pm and all tire shops near by were already closed. This was an experience of superior service. Zaza forever!"

"Being remodeled- clean, large rooms. The bed is comfy. Located close to the medical district, which is why I was staying there, but also located next to a storage facility and apartments. I’ve is only located on 3rd floor. A few things are missing - towel bars/hooks and a security lock on the door. Relatively small hotel, which I like. Nice area for breakfast and playing games or just hanging out. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Small parking lot, but parking is free. "
