"We loved our stay - the apartment was finished to a really high standard, e.g. smart desk, sky TV, boiling water tap. This meant we enjoyed hanging out in the apartment (and even cooked dinner in one night because we wanted to spend more time there). We loved the eggs and bread for breakfast too! The area is perfect - so many great food, drink and shopping options. We loved The Ben Nevis (especially their trad nights) for drinks and Five March for dinner. "

"The lodge was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. It was the perfect base for touring the Trossachs and the Highlands. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the lovely views. The cottage was a great home away from home for our holiday!"

"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"The VRBO was ok, not great. Biggest problem was no dryer, even though site description indicated washer and dryer. We would not have booked had we known there was no dryer as we pack light in anticipation of having washer AND dryer. We also had issue with wifi, had difficulty getting response from host to get it fixed. If being able to do laundry is not important to you, then site would likely work for you. "

"Poorly maintained, master bedroom door handle was on top of the cupboard and the shower hose leaks. Not enough electrical sockets to provide power to laptop and lights. Furniture was a bit uncomfortable. Bed was very squeaky. Overall adequate for its purposes and met expectations. Wifi details provided were incorrect, but its on the hub so managed. TV was only usable with youtube as its the only service available that didn't require signing in. No live digital channels available. ...

"The location was perfect for us and the furnishings were acceptable but sparse. 'The kitchen lacked tea towels; pot-holder/over mit; salad bowl; salad tongs; sharp knives for food preparation; mixing bowl; serving bowls; full-size casserole for oven; potato peeler and pitcher for serving beverages at the table. Th property was listed as sleeping 6 but there were only 4 dining chairs, 4 wine glasses and only 2 large tumblers. The unit was advertised as 3 bedrooms and 3 baths but it has only 3...

"Fantastic location! Right in heart of Glasgow’s west end with a huge selection of bars, restaurants etc on doorstep. Subway 5 mins walk away to get to city centre etc. Botanic Gardens a 5 min walk away too. Loads to do in around area such as Art Galleries. This is a great area in Glasgow and highly recommend. Only 2 small downfalls with flat is it could do with some more glasses in kitchen and bigger ones and some brighter lighting in rooms as ground floor flat and not enough natural light...

"The property is nice, and bigger than expected. The communication as far as letting you know Wifi, and TV etc could have been better but the owner was responsive and helpful. The beds were probably the only thing that was not great as they were all super springy and not very supportive. Outside of that this is a great place to stay and walking distanceto some great areas of the west end of Glasgow"

Enjoyable and relaxing overnight stay in Glasgow.

"I had an overnight stay at the Motel One in Glasgow City Centre. The hotel in ideally situated across the street from Glasgow Central Station and 15 minute walk from Buchanan Street bus station. The hotel’s public areas are well furnished. The room allocated was small but fine for a single occupant, clean and comfortable. Tea /coffee making equipment / supplies provided. The breakfast provided was very nice. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if visiting Glasgow. "

"Highly recommended and it will be my hotel of choice when visiting Glasgow which I do a lot. Great location in Merchant City, very funky and modern but also chilled and welcoming. Rooms are modern. The cafe are is excellent and the breakfasts and food choices are superb. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great open are on the ground floor with a pool table and ping pong table and plenty of places for those who need to work on their laptop. I will be back for sure."
