"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "The flat was very clean apart from the couch which let it down as it was badly stained, a good clean and I would have given it top marks. "The property is nice, and bigger than expected. The communication as far as letting you know Wifi, and TV etc could have been better but the owner was responsive and helpful. The beds were probably the only thing that was not great as they were all super springy and not very supportive. Outside of that this is a great place to stay and walking distanceto some great areas of the west end of Glasgow"

"Nice stay and good value for money, great location and ideal for our family trip for NYE. Staff on the reception were lovely and at the hotel bar too. Swimming pool was worth it for the kids. We would stay again when visiting Glasgow."
