"Stayed for (4) nights in the Fall (Thanksgiving Weekend). We were three adults and two children. The cottage was so well equipped for preparing the Turkey dinner. "We had an amazing time at St George’s Lake. The cottage itself is quaint but well equipped and nicely decorated. The location is great and dock though down some steps was really nice for afternoon sunbathing and swimming. Hope to come back next year "

"The cottage is well-kept, clean and accurately described. Kennebec Lake is absolutely wonderful. The only slight drawback were the neighbours' dogs barking from all sides day and night. "

"Hosts are very welcoming and show you everything and thought of everything. Very private with large grassy yard My golden doodle had a blast playing fetch and being off leach. We played bocce ball and enjoyed the fire pit as well as the lit screened in picnic table in the evening. Cabin is compact but windows let in a wee breeze. The kayaks were the highlight, kayaking to the waterfall. Happy, relaxing time 😎🐶"

"There are a few awkward places to step, like by the bbq corner of deck, not a lot of room for error, very easy to misstep and fall off the deck and land on the stairs. And getting from the land onto the dock, had be careful not to slip with the gap. But other than those minor things to be aware of, the cottage was wonderful. "Had a lovely last minute visit with 2 friends. Beautiful moonlight over the lake, meals on the deck and swims in the lake. We canoed, paddle boarded and biked in the area - 5 kms to the recreational trail. Ceiling in the loft is probably low for most adults. Scott was very easy to communicate with"

"The house was very nice and spaciousas as advertised. The Kitchen had everything we needed as we did a lot of cooking over the weekend. The games room was a nice addition for our entertainment. We a would definitely come back ."

"Trust your GPS! The winding road to the cottage will get you there! Our adult family of 7 enjoyed our stay at Gabriel’s cottage. The hammocks were perfect for all sizes and we used the hot tub, volleyball net and fire pit often. As advertised there is no oven but the “baking bbq” did its job just fine. The hill to the lake is steep but once you make it down the lake is beautiful. Beds were clean and comfortable. My suggestion to the host is to make a few minor modifications for the perfect...

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts are wonderful - friendly, flexible, accommodating, great communication. Cozy, comfortable cottage, with everything ready for a fun time. We appreciated having access to a few different boats, as well as the library and games room. The lake is beautiful, with a charming little town nearby. The water was very calm when we were there, and we saw a ton of fish jumping. There are other cottages close by on the property, which limits privacy somewhat."
