"Very happy with the stay. Wonderful hotel, clean, tidy and very friendly staff. Friendly service as soon as we arrived and throughout. Our room was clean and comfortable with lots of space. Overall a wonderful stay with such beautiful views. Short walk to the town which is excellent and has fantastic shops and restaurants. Nightlife is amazing their to. "My friend and I booked two lake view rooms which were lovely. Unfortunately I reported at least 3 or 4 times that my wall lights didn’t work, my tea was not replenished nor was my water in my bar fridge. I eventually gave up. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful apart from one lovely girl on reception but this did not apply to staff when requesting drinks or menus. "Nice little hotel. Our room was very warm and we could not turn on the air conditioning - it had just been turned off for the change of the season. So we sweated in the room.
