"My friend and I booked two lake view rooms which were lovely. Unfortunately I reported at least 3 or 4 times that my wall lights didn’t work, my tea was not replenished nor was my water in my bar fridge. I eventually gave up. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful apart from one lovely girl on reception but this did not apply to staff when requesting drinks or menus. "Lefay is a stunning resort with picturesque views. The rooms are gorgeous as is the outdoor pool. The only downside is the hotel is on the top of the mountain so it is a little airy to drive up and down and takes nearly 20 mins to get down. If you are looking for a beautiful spa to just relax, it is just perfect."
