"Very private feeling tucked away little spot on the beach. This beach was never overly busy and sometimes we had it all to ourselves! Sandy and clean. This is not located in a tourist hub, but a local neighborhood. Be advised the road in is rough and you will want a high clearance vehicle."

"Great studio in a fantastic location in Tamarindo. Close walking to town for restaurants or groceries, and access to the beach was as easy as could be. Would definitely book again next time we’re in CR, thanks for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!"

"Very nice spot, nice pool, quiet area. We had an issue with the checking/address ( it was not the correct location. It was later fixed and RPM management gave us a credit for our troubles."

"If you are looking for a trip to stay at the beach to surf or swim, this is a good place. It is nice, safe, secure, has most all of the basic necessities and my hosts were kind and helpful when I had questions or needed anything. It was close to a busy street and restaurants so there was a lot of noise at times. It was right on the main road yet near the end of it so you can walk to get to all the shops and restuarants."

"There were small things like the stove being broken and no water on the last day for a period but overall a great stay. A little grungy and can use some updating. Would be nice if they provided pool floaties or something similar. But still a great time!"

"We loved our time here! The apartment was clean, good sized and we loved that we had a kitchen. The most wonderful part of the experience for us was that we had access to the pool next door ant the Coast Hotel and their shaded beach chairs! We were steps from the beach and right next to the public beach access or could use the hotel access. It truly made our trip seamless and fun. The Mediterranean restaurant across the street was delicious and we were 5 minutes or less walking from restaurants...

"Our host Mari and staff are outstanding. They made our stay very comfortable and were so helpful. Mari provided us with a very useful list of shops and restaurants upon arrival. The property was well maintained, private and lush with plants. We felt at home away from home."

"We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from our patio and balcony. We were greeted by a family of monkeys in the tree above our patio they day we checked in which was very cool. Condo is well located for visiting several of the beautiful beaches nearby, It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. A couple items listed in amenities (hair dryer & iron) were not in the condo when we arrived but we reported it to the host who quickly responded and brought us those items."

"No surprises here, exactly as listed. Communication with the Host was always timely. They turned us onto a great transport service to and from Liberia Airport. This place is on the small side but had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The king bed was on the hard side and not the foam mattress we are used to but worked fine. The air con runs all the time and makes some noise but we like some white noise when we sleep. Easy walk to the beach and 3 restaurants....

"Great place in Tamarindo right across from the beach. Easy walk to anywhere in town. The care package was such an appreciated gift. The kids especially enjoyed the homemade jam and fresh bread. Overall we had a great time exploring the whole area. Kitchen had everything we needed"

"Overall, this was a good property. The location was right in town, and it was easy to walk to everything. Communication with the leasing company was excellent; they quickly responded to questions. The pool area was clean, and lots of chairs were available. The AC worked well downstairs, but it was a bit warm upstairs. "Overall unit was clean, good size and AC worked well. Location was great. A short walk away from the tourist activity and the beach. There was a generator or something outside of the second bedroom which was very noisy day and night. That was an issue. Safe was not usable. It would have been nice to have the use of some beach chairs or toys. Many other units rented in other countries had a few toys to use."

"We loved the fact that we had plenty of space. We were a party of 4 and all had our own rooms (well, my husband and I shared) and bathrooms which was AMAZING. The smoke detector was beeping all the first night so we called the manager and they sent someone over that took care of it but not the way we would have expected. He took the battery out and said he would have to get another one later. I think that batteries for something like that should be on hand and being without a smoke detector in...
