"It was a good trip with a nice hotel. The room was renovated and clean exept some finger prints on the glass on the desk. The ice machine on the floor was broken, so we have to go to another level to have ice. My cousin has receive an old room who needs cleaning and the hotel change it for another clean One nearer of us."

"The hotel is great ... but being a nonsmoker and having some lung issues, it's always just hard walking through the casino to get outside, with the smoke hanging in the air. I've just learned to carry a handkerchief to cover my nose and mouth, but it's still not great. We had a great room with a view from two windows, which was fabulous!"

"Excellent service! Staff was at 10 all the time. However, I have to say something about the table in the room. You need new modern table that goes with the rest of the room. It looks out of place. Shower was high water pressure and new looking! Bed was comfy! "

"I would like to express my gratitude to the manager and the very patient front desk agent for allowing me to try to pay with my debit card a million times before it got approved by my bank! The hotel itself is a gem and extremely quiet! Kingsized bed , sparkling clean, spotless bathroom I wish I could have stayed a bit longer! Located "

"The week we spent at the Rio was amazing. The staff were super helpful and polite. The room was amazing and had a super view. The only down side we experienced was the hot water did not work very well making it hard to enjoy the jacuzzi tub in the room had to wait like thirty minutes for the water to get hot."
