"Discovered a surprise $14 parking fee when we checked in. This was a regular asphalt motel parking lot in an area of zero demand. This fee was not represented anywhere on hotels.com website and not included in the total bill indicated on the website when reservation was made. A deceptive business practice. For sure will never stay at that property again and likely not trust hotels.com again"
