"Cute, clean house a short distance from town. We were only there for one night but would love to come back for longer! We loved how dog friendly it was. The driveway is steep but was no issue. There was no cell service for us in Paonia (verizon) so make sure to download/screenshot house directions ahead of time! "

"This property is great if you want to unplug and get away from technology. No Wi-fi or cell phone coverage at the property. Overall very relaxing. The mattresses on most the beds are very old and need to be replaced. The carpeting did not feel or look clean. Carpeting also needs replaced. Would still recommend for a way to get away from it all. "

"Loved our stay. The stream in the backyard was the biggest hit with our boys 6 and 8. We enjoyed the shops, the Inn, the pizza place and the local park. The house was perfect for our needs. The bed was super comfortable! Only recommendation is to have sone darker curtains in the second bedroom. We loved the stay and would definitely recommend!"

"Incredible! We served our family reunion breakfast on the grass overlooking the mountains and horses grazing in the beautiful pastures. The hummingbirds were swarming, and the grounds were the perfect location for family to gather, eat, visit and enjoy the beauty! The owners were attentive and wonderful to work with."

I thought I would be able to text on the wifi. There was NO wifi that worked for our entire stay despite bringing the issue to the owner's attention.
