"Beautiful property and resort. Food and drinks were very good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lacking a fitness gym and shuttle to the town. Without the shuttle you have 1 tuk-tuk for the entire hotel guests, or you can walk on a very, very, rugged and hard to walk road, up a steep hill, and down a very steep hill with traffic and no shoulder for safety. "I would definitely come back to this hotel. It’s beautiful. It’s right in front of the volcano. Very close to the lake where you can get a private code that takes you to different little towns. Stuff was nice food at the restaurant was OK and number one thing for me they have hot water, the room is clean and very comfortable "

"El Hotel es estilo colonial muy lindo y limpio. Tuvimos una increíble vista al Lago de Atitlan. Es importante mencionar que en la habitación no hay plancha, refrigerador ni cajilla de seguridad; aunque la cajilla no es tan importante, el personal es muy honrado. Mi esposo dejó su argolla de matrimonio y al regresar hicieron la limpieza y ahí estaba su argolla, también al salir; olvide unos artículos y salieron a dejármelos. Muchas gracias!! "
