"Beautiful unique hotel. The spa is amazing you must book the 12 circuit spa experience. Friendly staff most speak very good English. Breakfast omelettes are delicious order a flat white coffee. Wifi is solid for zoom meetings with flawless audio and video connections. Small rooftop pool, but no one ever uses so it’s basically private. "

Nor can you rest your arms on the deck while sitting in the pool - you'll burn your arms! The lounge chairs only get sun until 9:30am and then only shade. It's a restful space but unusable. "Great help with some problems of lost luggage and accessing pesos. The staff went above and beyond to help. Some guests had very loud, annoying children in the lobby and breakfast room which the staff managed as best they could. "
