"La atencion por parte de los empleados fue muy satifactoria pero el mantenimiento del departmento en si no reflejo la imponente fachada y ubicacion del edificio. Poca limpieza en su interior previa y durante mi estadia. Tostadora no funcionaba el refrigerador tenia un ruido constante molesto y su interno estaba limpio una sola cubetera de agua y la los cables electricos conectados a la hornalla electrica sin ptoteccion y peligroso no obstante lo recomendaria. "

"Espacio amplio y cómodo, limpio a mi llegada. Sin embargo, noté una mancha de sangre en la cortina del cuarto, lo cual fue un poco desagradable. Contaba con toallas suficientes. Un inconveniente que tuve al llegar fue que los ventanales de vidrio no cerraban correctamente, pero la administración se hizo cargo y enviaron a un carpintero súper amable para solucionarlo, lo cual aprecié mucho. "The property is good for the price point, very close to the executive mansion and the cathedral. It is very comfortable. No cable or smart TV, so be ready to have a full day. No wine glasses, but two water cups are available. No big trash just a small one in the bathroom. I would stay here again!"

"Stressful first going to management office for key, nice staff there, then 3 blocks walk to hotel. Front door fob, plus electronic door lock with code into unit. Unit next door w very loud music past midnight though probably private rental. "
