"Staff is somewhat pleasant. Some are espetacular, e.g. Aldana and Francisco. Other are average. And a couple of them have no hospitality skills, they are always prepared TO AVOID YOU, especially when a guest clearly needs help. Overall, do not expect a 'Four Season' resort. "The only positive about this hostel is that the staff were pleasant and the email communicaiton was clear. Other than that, this place is a dump in need of major upgrade. The common area couches and seats were dingy, sagging and really tired. The bathroom and toilets left a lot to be desired. When I booked this "hotel", I was informed that I had one twin bunk bed. It turns out I was sharing one of 8 bunk beds in the room. The room was full of unwashed body odor. The beds were uncomfortable and...

"I was not here very long and the pool closed early so I did not get to use it. The room was comfortable, but the laminated flooring needed repair. Mostly aesthetic. People in the hall could easily be heard which was disappointing. Overall, functional and comfortable."
