"Excellent room accommodations! Fifth floor corner room two double beds which were comfortable. Although daytime hours street traffic noise can be heard from a busy intersection. Windows are not very soundproofed. However traffic really decreased after 10pm. Was able to get a decent solid 6 hour sleep time. Hand and bath towels very plush. Water was hot for showering no issues. First time staying at Hotel Ticuán. Planning a future stay February 2025."

"This hotel is very clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable, showers were very nice and updated. The staff is very friendly and nice. The only down fall is just the area around the building. I thought I was in the wrong area when I arrived to check in. But the service and rooms are worth it. I'd stay there again. "

"This was our first stay and Pueblo Amigo. We loved this hotel and sorry we did not stay here sooner. The hotel is immaculate. Service is great. We had the junior suite and loved the space and the comfortable room. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We had fun with the casino experience. Wonderful hotel and we plan to come back and stay again. "

"Partial facing ocean room is fantastic .. can hear the ocean all night. The parking was EZ, the room was clean and they want all out with food choices/ service on the free breakfast - very impressed. Only improvements I would suggest (1) WIFI worked in the rooms and (2) the windows were less drafty (chilly with no heat expected but room was very cold with the windy draft)."
