"This was the best stay I had. There were birds an animals everywhere, and at night frogs came out. The food at the hotel was great and the staff were very nice too. They had 2 cats that were super friendly. The pool was great and the hot springs were very nice and warm. The hotel room was clean and spacious. We hope to visit again soon"

"Room was beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful when booking excursions, using the shuttle to get to town, and getting around the property especially in the rain. Food at the hotel was good but it's also close to town and you can get good food while out. Spa was great."

"Had a lovely stay, our hut was so great, very quiet and comfortable, very friendly cleaning staff, they made us laugh a lot with their towel Figurines. Amazing breakfast, great restaurants and fantastic pool & termal area. Parking close to our hut worked perfectly. In terms of cleanliness all was good for us, we found that the bats left their droppings on the porch at night but we found this was part of the nature Adventure. We very much enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend."
