"The location of the property is outstanding, a 15 minute walk to Deia and short drive to Soller and Valdemossa. The house and property are also terrific with 180 degree views and the sea and surrounding hills from the ample terraces and pool deck. I would definitely rent this property again."

"Can Fabiol is an attractive little house set in a beautiful location with the mountains soaring above the property and the lovely town of Soller below in the valley. It is very tranquil, with just the sound of cockerels crowing to each other up and down the valley and the bells of the cathedral chiming the hour. The accommodation is fairly basic but the patio and small pool provide a very pleasant space to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Highly recommended!"

La maison est à 3 minutes à pieds d'un supermarché (assez cher). Bonne ambiance le soir sur la place du village avec plusieurs restaurants à des prix abordables. "Not fit for a holiday home ,the owner has know idea how to run the solar panel system,we bought are own mobile air conditioning unit as it was over 40c inside the bungalow but were told we could not use it as she could not change the system to adapt it ! We switched it off but this lead to us having no electricity or water as the water is supplied by a electric water pump at this point we had to leave Regards Paul "

"This is one of the most incredible villas in the city. It has so much space, easily sleeps 12 and Susana is a superb host who has thought of everything and makes the whole process so easy. I couldn’t fault anything and would thoroughly recommend for anybody."
