"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, an easy walk for the beach, lots of restaurants, cafe's, ice cream. View from the balcony is lovely. Our teenagers having their own room, and plenty of space to relax. A few things weren't working, Netflix/TV channels, and the beds were not very comfy, but the price represents good value. Host was very easy to communicate with. "

"We chose this property for the views and we weren’t at all disappointed. Stunning! We were prepared for the trek up to the apartment from the beach but only because we read this in a review. It really needs to be made clear in the description and that there are approx 220 steps to the apartment, as that would be completely unsuitable for some. For us, the view at the end made it all worthwhile."

"In the old part of Palma but near the newer part allowed walking to many places. It had everything I needed and close to grocery store etc. Clean and comfortable, not too much noise from the street."

"We loved our time at Domingo’s place! He was kind enough to meet us and help carry bags up the many steps and show us around. The view from the balcony was awesome so we enjoyed a few dinners out there. There are many steps (66 my kids counted!) from the road up the the apartment plus walking up to the property from the beach is pretty hard work…especially in summer. "Wir haben die kurze Auszeit in der Nebensaison zur Mandelbaumblüte sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir benötigten und ist sehr zentral gelegen. In der Nebensaison gab es keine Probleme mit der Lautstärke von der rückseitigen Durchgangsstraße, die hinter dem Schlafzimmer verläuft. Einige Küchenutensilien wie Pfannen und Töpfe sollten erneuert werden. Ebenso der Couchtisch, der nur drei Rollen hatte und ein defekter Thekenstuhl. Das Frühstück haben wir auf dem Balkon eingenommen....

"This apartment is not as advertised It is old, tired and in need of repair. Many of the amenities are missing, no kettle or coffee maker so couldn't make tea or coffee, no toaster, no wine glasses, no beach towels, no hairdryer, no iron, no ironing board, no hair dryer, 1 spoon !"
