"My stay could have got much better if it was not about the spa, I went twice the 1st with 2 treatments were good experience but in the 3rd treatment the massage was not so good and money was stolen from me. I had been to reception to change euros and went directly to the spa, paid my treatment and when I left 200 dirham = 20 euros were missing . I complained about it to the spa because they’re independent from the resort. I didn’t get any return. Also my son didn’t like his massage at all. "

"It was beautiful, staff were helpful and polite, great customer services. The food was Ahhh-mazing, great variety and tasted yummy, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only negative was issues with AC in the room, it was on and cold, we tried turning on the heating function but didn’t work, it took us complaining twice before they were able to sort it. The first night sleep was really bad because of the cold, aside from that it was a great experience."

"The location provided is listed as Bab Doukkala, but it’s incorrect, making the riad difficult to find. The riad itself is lovely and includes a housekeeper, which is a nice touch. We left a tip for the housekeeper at the end of our stay, but the host later contacted me after checkout, insisting on a larger tip, despite the listing not mentioning any tipping requirement.
