"Love this hotel. The staff are so friendly and efficient. The grounds are beautiful and so well tended. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are a few signs of wear and tear and some maintenance issues but nothing that spoils a great stay. Food choice in the buffets is great and freshly prepared. This was our second visit and we would happily return. "

Only negative was issues with AC in the room, it was on and cold, we tried turning on the heating function but didn’t work, it took us complaining twice before they were able to sort it. The first night sleep was really bad because of the cold, aside from that it was a great experience."

Two different buffet venues for different times of the day - really lovely. Food good for all inclusive. Service usually good. I suggest you tip well at the beginning of your stay & try to sit in the same area of restaurants. Helpful reception. Loads of parking - but don't hire a car! We drive everywhere but just not worth the hassle here. Ask for a room...

"The location provided is listed as Bab Doukkala, but it’s incorrect, making the riad difficult to find. The riad itself is lovely and includes a housekeeper, which is a nice touch. We left a tip for the housekeeper at the end of our stay, but the host later contacted me after checkout, insisting on a larger tip, despite the listing not mentioning any tipping requirement.
