"It was beautiful, staff were helpful and polite, great customer services. The food was Ahhh-mazing, great variety and tasted yummy, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only negative was issues with AC in the room, it was on and cold, we tried turning on the heating function but didn’t work, it took us complaining twice before they were able to sort it. The first night sleep was really bad because of the cold, aside from that it was a great experience."

"We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well. They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely. The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect. I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights....

"Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, not happy they are single beds though. Telephone in rooms don’t work. Nice atmosphere, decor and outside areas look pretty. Have to pay to use Hammam but advetised as included in the AI deal!!! Otherwise an enjoyable stay."
