"Had a lovely stay here. Hotel is spotless - cleaning staff are excellent - and the rooms are really nice. The pools are great, there are lots of activities put on by friendly activities staff and a brilliant shuttle service to the centre of Marrakesh. The food was good, with lots of variety and some nice freshly cooked stations at the buffet. "A lovely retreat. A great place to center yourself. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Only one piece of advice to those considering this hotel. If you are planning to take advantage of spa treatments, I would call them in advance to make sure the spa will be open during your stay. "Stayed in Villa 14 & it was amazing. The service daily, the chef and the property were all immaculate. It’s great even for American standards. My only precaution would be if you’re afraid of bugs and the occasional lizard have someone else with you. As a kid I always dealt with this in a rural town so it didn’t bother me but surely a city slicker may find it problematic. All of the staff were top notch."
