The property features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy fire pit, a large fenced-in yard, and a heated pool with a safety fence. Queen bed, personal desk, walk-in closet, and a TV with a Fire TV Stick.

Bunk-bed room with 2 triple bunk beds, personal desk, and a white wicker mirror.

Features a step-in shower, LED makeup mirror, and farmhouse décor.
**Pool Room**
Large space with a full-sized pool table, bar counter, cocktail equipment, and small fridge.
**Laundry Room**
Large capacity washer and dryer with detergents and cleaning products.

Expansive backyard perfect for kids and pets, with a heated pool, safety fence, fire pit, sun loungers, dining table, and gas grill. **Note:** The pool always has the safety fence up for children’s safety.

**PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate guest house on the far right side of the property which is separated from the main house. It is occupied with a long term tenant. The tenant does not have access to the outside amenities and will not bother our guests.
Things to Note:
We have a minimum age requirement of 30 y/o to be able to book the property.
Check in is between 4 PM & 10 PM ONLY.
UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.
ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL AND EVENT FEE PAID, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.
No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.
GUEST FEE SCHEDULE:
The quoted nightly rate includes 10 guests, thereafter any additional guests over 10 will be charged at $50/ day per guest.
PETS ARE WELCOME, (no cats) and must be pre-approved with a non-refundable pet fee per pet paid through the booking platform prior to check in.
The pool fence is required to stay up at all times.
FOR PRIVATE EVENTS:
Please inquire about the Event Fee. The event fee is for the use of the entire property for the day/night of the event. It is for the use of the facilities, utilities and grounds. This fee is non-refundable and based on the number of guests. The event fee does not include the refundable event security deposit of $1,000.00 payable at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 7 days after departure of the property unless any damage reported. You would be responsible for purchasing event Insurance and all outside vendors/staff would be required to send us their Certificate of Liability Insurance for the day of the event prior to the event date. The website for the event insurance will be provided in the contract that would need to be signed.
We require a minimum of 3 nights stay in the home, and that would be a separate rental cost.
We are happy to show you the venue in person when we do not have guests staying at the house. It is a beautiful property and is perfectly set up to host all kinds of personal or corporate events. We work with wonderful vendors that come highly recommended that we can share from Event Planners, tent and rentals, caterers to photographers.
