"The hotel is beautifully situated right in the heart of Palermo. Our trip started badly with the airline losing our luggage but the girls behind the desk were incredibly helpful and gave recommendations for where to get new clothes and where to eat and what to see. They turned what had started as a very stressful day into a great experience. "

"We had a large balcony suite. Not a spectacular view - we looked over the backs of several buildings and there was construction, but likely quieter than street side rooms. Bed very comfortable and staff attentive and very prompt if we had a special request ( extra ice for champagne, etc. Palermo is nice quiet area with many restaurants close by."
