"Where to start? I arrived to the hotel with a sign saying to check in at another location. I go there and am told rather coldly that they can't find my reservation and the hotel is full. I have sady seen this before everything after was not a surprise at all. I told the receptionist this was their problem to fix not mine and she conveniently found a room in a sister hotel.
