I stayed two nite at the Ayres, two to many. Arriving at the place, I didn’t feel « welcomed », the front staff Is a security person, wearing a uniform, no English and cold as ! No issues with the room overall but very noisy, had a room front st, noise doesn’t stop till early morning ! I don’t speak Spanish, that made it difficult, For that reason I would stay again !

Great rooftop pool! Clean and well-stocked space. Only issues we had was with communicating about check in. Phone number was hard to reach but I guess that’s also because we didn’t have an ARG #. Other than that, things were great.

Lugar estratégico y excelente área pero el apartamento le faltaba hacer mejoras en sus camas toallas y mantenimiento en general poca higiene. Para 4 noches 2 toallas y por cambió factura 9 dólares, igualmente la comunicación fue excelente

La verdad que esperaba más con respecto a lo que se ve en las fotos. Al edificio le falta mucho mantenimiento edilicio. Muchas detalles de descuido, paredes rotas, bordes despegados, la bañera se tapaba al bañarse, la puerta se trancaba al abrir.. Mucho descuido.

O ponto alto do apartamento é a localização! O quarto é espaçoso, mas precisa de manutenção especialmente o banheiro. A banheira estava entupida, até no banho mais rápido acabava enchendo a banheira. Não havia serviço de quarto, e para trocar as toalhas foi necessário realizar o pagamento. Não tiraram sequer o lixo do banheiro. A internet era ruim. Enfim, o que vale é a localização e segurança.
