I lost a screw in my eyeglasses prior to arriving BA, and had to depend on my backup glasses with old prescription. When I brought it up, the staff helped to find a local optician to get it fixed. That was nice."

"Hotel and staff are very good. Rooms are spacious and well air conditioned. Breakfast is good. Position of hotel is excellent for Palermo night life. Roof top has small pool and would be better if there was a bar service. There is a charge for daily bottled water which is usually an included item. "

"Check in is down the street, one block away. Not a secure area to store our bags while we flew to the falls and came back. Rooms are are run down, but very clean. Staff was excellent! But….. for the price it was just fine."
