"Thank you to the staff and Emanuele for the hospitality, it was a real pleasure to meet everyone. The room was clean as well as other facilitators and there was always a welcoming and supportive space. truly recommend it!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel itself is small with just 4 rooms but it makes it easy to get to know the others guests and generally enjoy the time there. It is also incredibly clean!"

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"Right across the street from an incredible, art filled church (Casa Professa), and with a stately front door itself, this place has great interior architectural details, and plenty of space. "Given that it was my first time to Palermo, I didn't know what to expect regarding our accommodations at the Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa. Upon entering the lobby, we knew it was going to be indeed "grand" and live up to its name. The staff was both helpful and friendly and our deluxe double rooms were much larger than one normally encounters in Europe. The hotel is perfectly situated in an area where everything is convenient - from restaurants and bars to shopping and major local attractions. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay, but it was promptly repaired as soon as we alerted the front desk. More importantly though, this is a hotel where the staff is willing to go above and beyond. When we encountered an issue with our rental car while parking to check in, the hotel General Manager Signore Tintori personally intervened on our behalf, especially valuable since none of us spoke Italian. He quickly diffused the situation and alleviated a problem that could have escalated. He even took the time to follow up the next day to ensure everything was in good order. We couldn't have managed without his assistance. Without hesitation, we would return to this property when visiting Palermo again."
