He adds you on WhatsApp prior to your arrival so that everything is well connected. He gives good advice for food and things to do. "Dans le centre parfais pour visiter à pied. Il y a un ascenseur, la chambre a des fenêtres qui n'ouvre pas sur l'extérieur mais sur un intérieur genre puit. La chambre est petite mais munis de tout le nécessaire. Réfrigérateur, assiettes etc. Bon rapport qualité-prix."

Every so often I stay in a place where the owners really understand what travelers need and have thoughtfully designed an experience to those needs: this is one of those places. "Had a great time staying here, we received great service the entire time, including in-room massages and a very long list of restaurant and cafe recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to the center of Palermo and lots of great places to eat, but options on the same street are limited. This was fine for us but may not be the best choice for others who want to have restaurants and shops immediately accessible upon walking out of the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. "
