The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The owner, Angela, is often on site overseeing operations and the impact is noticeable. She’s very hands on in managing the day to day operations and the attention to detail and service excellence is awesome. The in house restaurant is excellent and upscale. The location is a 5 min walk from a beautiful beach, with great dining options within 10-15 mins walk. The city centre of Palermo is a 25 mins car ride away. We will definitely come back to this hotel! "
