"It smelt amazing as we entered, everything was so clean and looked fresh, The manager was so friendly and offered lots of information about the hotel, and made you feel very welcome. The room was small but adequate and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and nothing was to much for them, we were booked into a different hotel for our 2nd night but would of loved to have stayed her for that night, they did offer to try sort out our other booking but I had already paid that company. We will definitely be staying here again when we come this way again"

"The rooms were clean and well serviced. The bed was solid and comfy. The staff were very helpful. I saw people have had issues with the water pressure in the showers. I waited about twenty seconds for the pump to kick in and it was a great shower. Comments about the walls being thin. On the first night I had nightmare neighbours. But Steve promptly dealt with them and no more noise. Simples. I was there for 5 nights. Had different, more courteous neighbours during the rest of my stay. No issues. Cheers guys. "I’ve never been in a hotel where all of the staff are consistently polite, friendly, helpful, happy and amazingly genuine ! There’s clearly an incredible ethos here of top class customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are amazing and the food was stunning. "
