"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Palms. Room and facility was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The property gardens are beautiful, it was so peaceful to sit outside and relax, reading or just sitting on a swing. Stop and smell the roses, delightful. Unfortunately we were there while pool renovations were being done and the jackhammer all day long was a bit much , however we were offered a small refund . They have an awesome water ferry on the property but on a winter limited schedule . We made the best of the transportation and would recommend this beautiful resort to anyone who asked ! "

"This was a wonderful place to stay - beautiful, clean, excellent service, etc. A few things we especially appreciated was the excellent wifi everywhere, the super convenient access to a bus stop and the availability to get bus tokens from the front desk staff. Also, although the restaurant on the property was excellent, we didn't want to eat out every single meal and found the gas station minimart just down the street from the resort to be very well stocked. A bonafide New Year's party with dancing at the hotel would have been great.
