"Stayed one night at this Holiday Inn after visiting a friend because my flight home was at 7 a.m. and I didn’t want to ask her to drive me to Dulles so early. Staff was welcoming and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the TV, which wouldn’t come on. It took a little time for the front desk to get someone to check it out, but they figured it out quickly once in my room. Turns out it was unplugged. My one issue was the heating / cooling unit, which went on and off all night. I tried to turn it completely off, but no luck, so it woke me up repeatedly. This is a personal thing for me as, unlike many, I hate white noise when I’m trying to sleep. I didn’t spend any time exploring the various amenities like the pool, since I was in late and out very early. Shuttle service was great. It runs at all hours and only a short ride to the airport. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again."

"The room was little dim (I was trying to do some work). I managed to prevent myself from taking the lampshade off of the desk lamp. The breakfast included sausage, eggs, fruit, juice, bread and I just did not want to eat it. But it was there if you needed it. The hotel is really old and the hallway rug seemed pretty worn out. But if you just need somewhere to stay for a day or two, there are plenty of restaurants around, like Anita's "

"Great Airport shuttle. We appreciated To Go breakfast options if you have to go before breakfast starts. Clean and good value. Liked the Tea, cocoa, water and coffee at any hour options as you check in. Very helpful staff."
