"Ignore the negative reviews the hotel was excellent. We arrived to find ample parking and the positioning of the hotel was perfect with a walkway right into the harbour area. The hotel looks like it has had a fairly recent upgrade and was in good condition. We had a nice room with a king size bed and view over the harbour area. Plus the room had a minibar and tea and coffee facilities. Had dinner in the Jetty restaurant the first night which was good washed down by a nice Sicilian Pinot Grigio....

We stayed in a basic double room, very clean and a comfy bed, perfect for our needs for the night. "This is a beautiful property which is a perfect base to explore beaches and areas around padstow. The accommodation was very clean and contained everything needed for our stay. "A BEAUTIFUL hotel. We stayed as part of a larger tour of Cornwall and our stay here was leaps and bounds above the rest. So many nice touches a arrival treat, hot chocolate and journey home treats!! Staff are wonderful and the room is WONDERFUL!!!!"

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
