"Fantastic property, very clean and beautiful decorated. It is well stocked with equipment. It has a secure back garden with decking and grass. Ideal for our dog. There is outdoor seating in the garden and it is private. The property is in good location not to near the Town centre but you can easily walk into the Town. I Highly recommend this property."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"We were 2 couples staying for a long weekend. 2 went to Rick Steins seafood school for a day course, and 2 decided to take a 4 hour walk around the beautiful headlands. The flat is perfect for this type of relaxing reunion, well equipped and nicely decorated. Super location. And free parking but only for relatively small cars. "

"The location is really good for a number of beaches. The rooms are a good size. The garden and parking are fine. The house is very tired and was pretty grubby when we arrived. "2nd bedroom had a double bed, rather than twin beds which are shown in the image. We had to purchase a blow-up mattress, which wasn't very comfortable, but we made do. Property owner reimbursed the mattress cost, and we left it at property for future visitors, if needed. Lots of spare bedding, which was good. Very quiet location, 5 mins drive from padstow and 2 mins from Tesco. Well equipped property."
