"Thankfully, we didn't have any ice or snow during our stay in December 24'. If so, getting in or out would have been impossible. The road to the house was horrible. Huge holes, very steep grade going to and from the house. The house was good, the location of the house was not good. I would not stay in this location again due to road conditions. There was a very strange odor in the upstairs bedroom. Someone was aware as it was the only room with two air fresheners on the night stands. "

"Cozy cabin & beautiful location! Our family of 7 adults and 5 kids visited over Thanksgiving break. We had some confusion with the check-in. There are 2 gates to the neighborhood, which we did not understand from the instructions, so some of us ended up at a residents gate. You have to put in the welcome center address, then change GPS to the cabin address. There was parking for our 3 vehicles, though it was tight, so 3 larger vehicles might be an issue.The cabin was decorated for Christmas...

"Great Location! 4 Senior adults, 1 Middle age adult and 3 Teenagers. Everyone loved it. So much space and the resort amenities are awesome and walking distance from Cabin 12. We hiked, played volleyball, basketball and went to a few activities offered at the property. We will definitely stay again and have recommended to several families and friends. We LOVE this property. So welcoming from the very beginning at the Guard Gate. Don't hesitate to book it!"

"Overall stay was great!! Only problem we had was trundle beds were not the best for older women..loved having 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers..needed more blankets for the beds..We will be back to the Summit!!!"

"House itself was nice. Lighting in bathrooms was poor. Makeup mirrors or hand held magnifying mirrors were needed. No Kleenex in bathrooms. Black microfiber clothes were provided to remove makeup, but do a poor job. About a dozen cotton rounds in each bathroom would be preferable. Only enough coffee for a couple days in kitchen. No bottled water, wine or cookies provided on arrival as a welcome gift. So, no resort feel. Some major cobwebs here and there, but mostly clean. Pool was closed for the...

"Home was nice and had gorgeous views! Loved all the main level indoor dining seating for our group of 27. Accommodated our group very well!Only recommendation, would be nice if this home had more than 1 stove/oven. But our group would rent this home again!"
