"The manager of property knew that I needed a handicap assessible unit for my husband's wheelchair. When I was looking at the options that fit all of my filters in the request, her property came up, but was not handicap assessible. Had multiple emails with manager stating that my husband was in a wheel chair, and never was told it wasn't.an accessible room. My husband's wheelchair couldn't even fit into the bathroom. The picnic and bbq area was so steep I almost fell just looking at the bbq pit....
