"We had a nice room in the courtyard of the pub. It was quite simple, but had everything we needed and was comfortable. The breakfast we had was excellent - especially the butcher's sausages."

They showed us to our room and were always around. Breakfast was a full english and was 10/10. The room was cute spacious with a lovely bathroom. The estate itself is large but is in good condition. "I don't think there is anything else we could have asked for whilst we stayed here. The hosts were friendly and just the right amount of attentive. The gardens are beautiful, and we spent a good deal of time just listening and watching the birds. The accommodations themselves were lovely as well! Very cozy, and you can tell that every detail was thought out by the hosts. We can't say enough good about this place. Highly recommend!"

"Very comfortable property, close to Goodwood Race Course. The lady gave us a lift to the course which was very kind of her. Only a 30 minute walk, but it was all up hill on the way there, so the lift was appreciated. Easy to walk back to. Clean room, breakfast very nice. Perfect location with a lovely pub just up the road"
