"I prepaid for my room in advance. When I arrived to check in the desk clerk told me charges were declined. After twenty minute wait he said he was incorrect and checked me in. I paid for a 2nd night when I checked in. When I came back the 2nd day their system was down and all of my belongings were discarded because they check me out despite me paying for two nights. Very disappointed."
