"The property is 20mins out of Marrakech surrounded by building sites that’ll be finished in about 6years. The food is shocking no real authenticity and poor quality ... restraint service (paid for) only chance of decent meal The staff are a mixture half obnoxious furniture pieces the other lovely clear management issues hard to find any information when your there. "I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the people working there. However, the place it is situated is not very touristic and was unexpected. The breakfast was not really appealing. I would not recommend the hotel to someone who wants a relaxing holiday, it isnt a place to relax. Indoor of the hotel is beautiful though. Rooms arent as comfortable and the cleanliness would not be 100% I feel they should include televisions into the rooms."

"It was beautiful, staff were helpful and polite, great customer services. The food was Ahhh-mazing, great variety and tasted yummy, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only negative was issues with AC in the room, it was on and cold, we tried turning on the heating function but didn’t work, it took us complaining twice before they were able to sort it. The first night sleep was really bad because of the cold, aside from that it was a great experience."

"I enjoyed my stay at Riad Ksar Anika. It’s located on a quiet road, away from, but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. I walked everywhere. The service was great, with the reception staff going as far as providing me with a full lunchbox after I had told him during my checkout that I was going to take a bus to Essaouira later that day. "

Beuatiful villa for couples of older families

"Beautiful villa. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city which meant it was quiet however you need to hire a driver to get anywhere. Accommodation was very spacious with a 3 separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Great for couples or older families however the bedrooms were separated by the pool in the middle so not great for small kids in terms of safety. Hotel staff were great and organised most of our needs including drivers to the markets, cooking classes, camel rides, etc... Check in was late and done in the restaurant with a welcome mint tea and snacks. Staff were friendly and took our bags to the property. lots of cats around which the kids loved! They had a pool and spa but we didnt use them during our stay. Villa had a kitchen with oven, stove, washing machine, fridge, etc... which was very convenient. Alcohol was very expensive in Marrakech so buy from duty free before departure. Also airport has security checks even before you enter the building so allow plenty of time to check in as there were long queues."
