"After I did my confirmation of the booking. And once I arrived to the hotel. The manager of the hotel asked to leave because the hotel was privatised between the time we did the booking and the time we arrived to hotels. And this dituation was not his problem. The discussion happened outside the hotel because they didn't allowed us to acceed the reception. "I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the people working there. However, the place it is situated is not very touristic and was unexpected. The breakfast was not really appealing. I would not recommend the hotel to someone who wants a relaxing holiday, it isnt a place to relax. Indoor of the hotel is beautiful though. Rooms arent as comfortable and the cleanliness would not be 100% I feel they should include televisions into the rooms."

"Nice, clean and beautiful with lots choices on dining. Only drawback is transportation, you either book a taxi go anywhere which is expensive or wait for hotel's shuttle which is limited and full at busy times."

"The property and grounds are beautiful. The staff are so warm and helpful. The food was amazing. Breakfast was perfect. Everything was so clean. I never normally swim but the pool was so clean and inviting I ended up swimming and loving it. Pool side dining service was lovely. Had such a great experience and will be returning. Customer service was 5* The manager was so engaging and courteous and resolved the one minor issue we encountered with our luggage so quickly and efficiently we were stunned and so grateful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful break in a paradise. "
