"This hotel is closed. There is no sign on the door. The airport transfer dropped me off and left. The front door was open so I went in. I finally found a very rude person and he told me the place was closed. I was directed to the sister hotel and they were even ruder. The neighborhood is sketchy and no one offered to help. "

"This hotel is definitely overlooked , I have a penthouse suite apartment. I felt safe , comfortable. Staff was amazing I like how they keep the front gate closed at night with two security’s onsite. Downtown you can really walk. I felt really safe I was on a solo trip but I had no worries in this hotel . Room was not bad at all ! Pool area was clean."
