"宿泊施設周辺は静かで、ゆっくりできました。しかし、施設は古くお湯の調整がむずかい。トイレは鍵が故障していてロックができませんでした。共同浴場のトイレは流れが悪くて使えない。また、炊飯器を借りましたが、しゃもじがなく、取りに行きましたが、ありませんと言われ仕方なくスプーンで代用。古いのはどうしようもありませんが、施設や備品の管理をしっかりしてほしいです。 "

"貸別荘タイプなので周りを気にせず家族でゆったり過ごせました。犬連れでいきましたが犬達も喜んでいました。犬な2階へ行けないようにガードがあると良いかも。バーベキュー庭でできます。わたし達は雨だったので室内で食べましたが、テントがあるので雨が気にならないならできます。ブヨ？みたいな虫がいます。真夏日でも朝晩は涼しくて快適でしたよ。オーナーが外国の方なのでやり取りが全て英語でした。"

"This is a new hotel in Hakuba. The room is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has shuttle bus to Happo One and Hakuba 47. A rental store is right next to the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice. We also walked around to explore the local restaurants. We had a very pleasant experience!"
