"My room was perfect. I have come to CityBox a few times before and have always enjoyed it except for the time I was given room 613 I believe it was, which was way too small. So small I could only stand in about half the room. That room should be turned back to the broom closet it once was!"

"A little confused by the hotel profile photo as it's a picture of the aker brygen museum at sunset not of the hotel. Booked a queen loft room but it was too small, had no wardrobe and no kettle.asked to move to a double room and it was sorted straight away no problem by kind helpful receptionist and was a much better room. Be mindful Rooms are warm and no air con so had to open window. Breakfast was nice lots of choice, gets busy at peak times. Shop across the road, public transport close and...
