"This cabin is in a beautiful location. The cabin was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The view of the lake and the abundant wildlife was just what we were hoping for. The night sky is indescribable. I would recommend this cabin as a number one choice if you plan on staying in this area. Jamey was easy to talk with, readily available to answer questions and provided a lot of information on where to eat and who to contact for boat tours."

Great choice of trails including ATV which could be ridden when the main trails were beaten up due to warm weather. Great kitchen, stocked with everything. Lots of room for parking with trailers. "Once again the Comfy Lake Vermilion cabin fullfilled our needs on a September fishing trip. The cabin was clean upon arrival and was the perfect accomdation for our group of 4. Ideally the boat lift will be in better working order for our return in 2025. Vermilion is one of the best fishing lakes in MN and the need for a fully functioning boat lift or protected docking space is a necessity."

"What a lovely place for a family getaway! Located near the beautiful area surrounding lake vermilion. this lakeside cabin was the ideal spot for us to spend a long weekend with our two girls. We spent 3 days of hiking, visiting the international Wolf center, and just enjoying the small towns in the area. "Went to relax and celebrate my wife's birthday. We have been to Elbow Lake several times and knew what to expect. The cabin is "no frills" but that is part of the experience. It is right on the lakeshore with a deck literally a few feet from the water. The lake is quiet with very few boats making it easy to hear the frequent loon calls. It's a good kayak / canoe lake with a beautiful sand beach in front of the lodge for swimming. The on-site manger and his family are there for whatever you need....
