"Perfect location for those looking to xx ski and fish. Miles of groomed trails nearby and unlimited back country skiing via the lake and Chippewa National Forest. We loved how quiet the lake was. No human activity other than our group. The dogs had a blast exploring the national forest and its critters. Fishing was fantastic. Great choice of trails including ATV which could be ridden when the main trails were beaten up due to warm weather. Great kitchen, stocked with everything. Lots of room for parking with trailers. "Once again the Comfy Lake Vermilion cabin fullfilled our needs on a September fishing trip. The cabin was clean upon arrival and was the perfect accomdation for our group of 4. Ideally the boat lift will be in better working order for our return in 2025. Vermilion is one of the best fishing lakes in MN and the need for a fully functioning boat lift or protected docking space is a necessity."

"What a lovely place for a family getaway! Located near the beautiful area surrounding lake vermilion. this lakeside cabin was the ideal spot for us to spend a long weekend with our two girls. We spent 3 days of hiking, visiting the international Wolf center, and just enjoying the small towns in the area.
